A new prefabricated restroom facility at the Gila County Fairgrounds, part of the county’s ongoing efforts to improve and upgrade the area, is expected to open in the spring of 2024. The new 484-square-foot, ADA-compliant facility, to be situated at the lower rodeo arenas, will feature men’s and women’s multi-stall restrooms, adult changing tables and an exterior filtered water cooler with a bottle filler. Construction is currently underway.
“We are excited to offer this new restroom facility at the fairgrounds,” said Gila County Facilities Director Joseph Dickison. “Not only will it provide a much-needed convenience for those attending events at the fairgrounds, but it also demonstrates our commitment to enhancing the overall experience for everyone who visits the area.”
