Paul Francis Corso, Jr, better known as “Dupper” passed away on Aug. 18, 2017 in his hometown of Globe-Miami, Ariz. He was born on Jan. 18 of 1963 to Paul Francis Corso, Sr. and Joann McCraney.

Upon graduating from Miami High School, in 1981, he joined the United States Navy. While stationed in Hawaii he served on the USS Indianapolis, a nuclear submarine, as a machinist mate. In Hawaii, he was proud to purchase his first Harley.

After leaving the Navy, he eventually found his way back to Globe-Miami, where he worked at Midstate Pipe. When asked how long he had worked there, he would always smile and say “since about kindergarten.”

Following a dream, he purchased a cattle ranch in El Capitan (AZ) and continued to work at Midstate.  On June 6 of 1998, he married Catherine (Huggins) on the ranch.  He was a wonderful husband and proud father and grandfather who dearly loved his wife and each of his children and grandchildren/great grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Catherine; six children: Felicia, Kayla, Andru, Johnny, Angel and Paulo; siblings: Mike Corso (Debbie), Michele  Erickson, Mike Mishler (Lisa) and Jill Horn (Jimmy); as well as his four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Gina Corso and Shelly Hansen.

Dupper was a generous and loving man who tirelessly helped others.

He will be dearly missed by all who knew him, but will live on in our hearts and memories.
