MHA Foundation is providing tests and clarification on the testing process. The tests are scheduled at LDS Church 913 Ponderosa St, Payson. First responders and support personnel along with front line essential workers will be the first to be tested starting today. Testing will be conducted from 9am-1pm, today and tomorrow May 8th thru Tuesday May 12th, t thru Friday May 15th, with possible dates through the end of the month. To accommodate the residents of Payson and Rim Country.
We at MHA do not want to turn anyone away who wants to be tested, so we will have patient forms available at the testing site for those who want assistance in completing the information needed. At a later date, we will also offer follow up antibody tests for community members or workers who want or need them. We have provided the test kits for free. Individuals’ insurance or the government CARES program will cover the Doctor’s cost. Deductibles will be covered by MHA foundation.
Patient forms can also be downloaded with acrobat reader and sent to, Doctor Michels, at Imedsoultions.com, found on www.readygila.com.
