The GAAC had a costume contest on Halloween during lunch. The winners were (l-r) Heidi Kay, for most original costume; Martin Arias, for funniest; Phillip Hetrick, for scariest, and Angie Olson took the prize for best overall. Among the judges were Globe Mayor Al Gameros and Economic Development Director Linda Oddonetto.
