MIAMI — The Miami Unified School District Spelling Bee was held on Thursday, Jan. 18 in which 22 students participated.
The Bee lasted eight rounds and the winner was 7th grader Dennis Davis.
Four students plus one alternative will advance to the Gila County Spelling Bee set to take place on February 22.
