The Arizona Odd Fellow’s and Rebekah’s Visual Research Foundation Inc. would like to help assist residents of the Globe-Miami area and our surrounding communities. A reimbursement program exists to assist low to moderate income residents with the cost of purchased eyeglasses.
If you have your receipt and have recently purchased a pair of glasses, the foundation can assist with a reimbursement of up to $200.
