I would like to thank the many persons who bought tickets or donated money to the Alex Campos benefit raffle.
I would also like to thank Mr. Robert Munoz (Globe Park & Swap) Fry’s Food Store in Globe, and Judy’s Cook House in Globe for allowing me to sell tickets at their locations.
Mr. Campos died after suffering a massive heart attack. He served his country in the U.S. Army (82nd Airborne), Mr. Campos also served as director of Lo Qusta Rehab Facility in Globe until the facility lost its funding. He was also very involved in teaching young boys to play T-league, Little league.
Many people spoke to me about how Mr. Campos had made a difference in their family lives. Many spoke about how he had impacted their path in life. He will be remembered by those who lives, hearts he touched.
The lucky winner of the Alex Benefit Raffle is Pearl Nancarrow. She wins a crisp $100 bill.
The Alex Campos family, my wife Sylvia and I thank you.
