Gila County — The Gila County Board of Supervisors is pleased to announce that in honor of Earth Day, Russell Gulch Landfill will accept greenwaste at no charge on Saturday, April 22 from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Residents are encouraged to clear their property of weeds and brush in preparation for wildfire season. Greenwaste includes tree limbs, brush, grass clippings, and leaves. For more information, call Russell Gulch Landfill in Globe-Miami at 928-402-8531.
