GLOBE — In 2007 K9 Frank was purchased as their first Arson K9. This was made possible by our community donating over $7,000 to purchase K9 Frank.
Fire Marshal Bracamonte and K9 Frank became our first arson canine unit in the history of Globe. They worked together for several years before K9 Frank had to retire due to a terminal illness.
Globe Fire adopted the residents of our nursing homes each year and each resident received a Christmas Stocking.
K9 Frank also visited the residents during the holiday in hopes of giving them a Merry Christmas.
This event was titled K9 Frank Christmas Cheer giving back to community as they gave to him. K9 Frank passed away two years ago and K9 Evo has stepped up to carry on K9 Franks Legacy.
Fire Marshal Bracamonte, and K9 Evo would like to thank the citizens of our community for the continued support and donations to the canine program.
