GLOBE — February is National Heart Awareness month. Would you like to lean ways to prevent, delay or control heart disease in diabetes?
If so, come join us for a free class sponsored by Hope Family Care Center in partnership with Eastern Arizona Health Education Center (EAHEC-a non profit organization) on Feb. 19 at 6:30 p.m. This class will be held at the EAHEC office in the Medical Plaza near the old entrance to the hospital, 5860 S. Hospital Dr. Suite 115.
Hope Family Care Center is a certified diabetes education center through the American Diabetes Association. Hoppe has two certified diabetes educators, Chad Campbell PA-C and Linda Clark RN. Linda has Been a certified diabetes educator for more than 25 years. She brings a knowledgeable approach and experience in dealing with diabetes to every meeting.
All are welcome to attend this informative free class on Wednesday, Feb. 19.
