“We will tackle how to set and communicate reasonable expectations, recognize when volunteers are overextended,” said Sharon Tewksbury-Bloom, Faculty Associate
at the Arizona State University Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation. “The workshop will cover helping volunteers set healthy boundaries, and to ‘say no’ when necessary, so they don’t burn out.”
