Globe — Copper Rim Elementary School held a dedication for its new playground this morning. The playground is being dubbed "The Playground That Popcorn Built."
Elected officials such as Globe Mayor Al Gameros, Gila County Schools Superintendent Roy Sandoval and Globe councilwoman Charlene Giles were present. Also in attendance were Globe superintendent Jerry Jennex and Globe police chief Mark Nipp.
