David James loli, 78, of Bowie, Arizona, passed away on March 5, 2025. Born in Globe, Arizona, he was a proud graduate of Miami High School and a third -generation railman, later working for the Eastern Arizona Railroad.
David was a skilled farrier with a deep love or animals, known for his custon horseshoes and compassionate care. He also enjoyed riding horses, working his gold mine, and being outdoors.
He was lovingly cared for in his later years by his loving girlfriend, Virginia Knight, and his daughters. David's greatest joy was his friends and family, and he was known for his humor, generosity, and deep love for those around him.
He is survived by his children: Kimberly loli Armenta, Antoinette loli, Shannon loli.
Scarlett, and Rick Sutton; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren with one more on the way. He was preceded in death by his children David loli and Laurie loli Armstrong.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th at 11:00 am at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 750 Paxton Ave., Miami, AZ 85539.
