The Christmas season in Globe kicked off on Saturday with a visit to the Train Depot by Santa, Mrs. Claus and a troupe of helpful elves. Children flocked to the event, held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., to share their Christmas wish lists with Santa, have their pictures taken and take a ride in the town’s vintage fire truck.
