On Saturday, May 26 the American Legion family and VFW requests that friends and the community help place flags on veteran’s graves to honor them.
Volunteers will start at 7:30 a.m. at both the Globe and Central Heights cemeteries.
The group from Central Heights, when finished, will move on to Mountain Breeze.
On Monday, May 28, the Memorial Day service will start at the Globe Veterans park at 11 a.m. and lunch will follow at the American Legion.
