Tomatoes are ready at market

The highlight of our Globe Miami Farmers’ Market is when the tomatoes are ready to sell. This week Bob Zache will be bringing fresh tomatoes not to mention all of the other wonderful produce he has. Bob gardens all year long and right now he has beets, peanuts, garlic, kale, onions and more. Stop in at the Market and visit with Bob he enjoys the company.

This week we should be seeing Coty our bread maker. She went to a special  place to learn more about the fine technique of bread making, not that her bread wasn’t great already. I am sure if you ask her about her adventure she would share some info.

We have started our public painting project again. This year it will be fruit sketched on canvas by one of our kids, Miracle, (Mary is her grandmother). Anyone who comes to market can take a turn at painting and when the canvas’s are completed we will raffle them off. If you have a rock that your kid wants to paint we will have a set up for that too.

Globe Miami Farmers’ Market at the Gila County Historical Museum is a great community experience and we hope you all can stop by on Saturday. The bell rings at 8 a.m. Thanks for your support.
