GLOBE — Globe Tigers basketball has a full roster of returning varsity players this year and Coach Simmons stated that they all know what he expects from them.
This year he said they’re going to continue to run and gun, shooting the ball as quick as they can.
The schedule is almost identical to last season so the competition is the same. Coach Rios is now assisting with the boys.
The depth of the team will be 10 to 12 but all players can be placed in any position and the team will continue without missing a beat.
There’s a lot of great leadership on the court with Bj Burries, Braden Dalton, and Martine Reede.
When asked, all three of the players said they were looking forward to the season and expecting to make it further into the state tournament.
