STAND (Stand Together Against Narcotics & Drugs) is a new group that has formed in Miami. With the goal of helping communities grasp the increase of dangerous drugs and violence in our communities, STAND is planning a free event on October 15 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the Bullion Plaza lawn. This will be a kid-friendly event with a Robot and Friends kids hour and Neto and Imagine headlining from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
As Halloween is fast approaching, this event will help to educate local communities on the dangers of drugs that look like candy, like fentanyl pills. Stay tuned to the Copper Country News and the Arizona Silver Belt for more information on this important upcoming event.
