Dear Editor:
I’ve lived in Globe since 1945 and have to say the service here is terrible. I’m low income and a single person so I signed up with Community Action for help. The cooler needed the copper tubing replaced, instead of doing that, they left, and I’ve had it on fan which just throws hot air. Community Action said they had a lot of people ahead of me, so I should keep in mind to call in January to have cooler taken care of, because they service Superior, Winkelman and all those areas. If the job is too big for them, they should hire someone that can handle it. They recommended if I could find someone else to do it. If I could have hired someone, I wouldn’t have signed up for their help.
