Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center will be doing “Screening Mammograms” this Saturday, Sept. 12, beginning at 8 a.m.
Breast cancer is a leading cause of death for women in their forties, and mammography screening significantly reduces the risk. Breast cancer occurs mostly in women and on rare occasions in men. Symptoms of breast cancer include a lump in the breast, discharge from the nipple, and changes in the shape or texture of the nipple or breast. This will be a great opportunity for those weekday working Moms to come in on the weekend to check their breast health. To schedule an appointment, please call 928-402-1130.
