Senior, Luke Olvera has a new favorite sport after figuring so prominently in Miami’s recovery of the Copper Kettle in the Globe Miami game. Football. He played football in seventh and eighth grades but only went out for football again this year. Fans can see him playing baseball as catcher for the Vandals this spring. His favorite subject in school is English and he says that he may become a firefighter or satisfy a long-standing desire to become a Marine after graduation.
