Jazmyn attends Miami High School.
I played tennis for the past 2 years and I ran cross country all three, and then I played soccer last year.
What do you like about tennis?
I like that it’s a challenge and that there’s always things to improve on, no matter how good you may be.
What is your favorite class in school?
My math class.
What is the best thing about high school?
Perhaps the best thing is being able to learn new things every single day.
What do you plan to do after high school?
I’m enlisting in the Marines. It was either the Air Force, Navy or Marines for me. I did a little bit of research on each one, and realized that the Marines seemed to be a bit more of a challenge. And I’m a person who likes a challenge. I like to push myself, and I figured that would be the best for me
What are your hobbies outside of school?
All sorts of crafting and stuff like that.
What other sports do you play?
This year the only other sport I played was cross country.
What is your favorite game memory?
My favorite game memory was last year. It was during state for individuals, and there was a girl that was really good and I ended up beating her.
What do you like about Miami?
Some of the teachers, my friends. Some of the classes are pretty good.
