David Pena is a senior at Miami High School. Wrestling at the 125-pound class for four years, he has also gone out for cross-country and golf. One of his favorite memories is of the bonfire in the week leading up to the Globe/Miami game. His favorite subject in school is math, which comes easy to him, and he likes Miami High School because the small class sizes give students more one-on-one with their teachers. The town itself has his affection because Miamians are “not really in the city” and because of the good Mexican food. He plans to attend NAU after graduation because of the weather and the opportunities for mountain biking and hiking.
