Corrin is a senior at Globe High School

What do you like about softball?

It is my best stress reliever. It helps me forget the outside world. I made a lot of friends that I am glad to call my sisters. I love and appreciate all of the hard work that my coaches have put into this program. I thank my coaches for pushing us to do the best that we could and for their encouraging words. .

How many years have you been playing this sport?

I started softball when I was 8, in little league. I have played every position on the field. I have played for 9 years and going on my tenth this year.

What is your favorite class in school?

Biology, because it draws my attention. I like to learn more about how things work and live.

What is the best thing about high school?

The sports, I know I’m a student athlete but I dislike most classes. Which causes me to struggle because it doesn’t hold my interest. Also the classes that do hold my interest I tend to do good in.

What do you plan to do after high school?

I have a softball tryout for MCC and EAC. Then transfer to a university where I can study radiology.

What are your hobbies outside of school?

Playing softball for club teams. Traveling different places for tournaments.

What other sports do you play?

I have played basketball, volleyball, and soccer. But the only two that really stuck with me is softball and soccer. I’ve actually played soccer longer than I have softball.

What is your favorite Globe-Miami game memory?

I enjoy how competitive it is. But no matter who wins the game we can still be friends with one another. I enjoy the club team during the summer because we have both Globe and Miami players.

What do you like about Globe?

That it a really friendly school. There is still drama but little if any fights. I love my class mates and my team mates. I had a great but fast four years of high school.
