Nancy was born to William England and Dorothy England, June 22, 1946. Nancy died Dec. 29, 2021. Nancy was preceded in death by her mother and father; two sisters, Patsey England and Anne Barajas; and granddaughter Brittany Marie Helm.
Nancy is survived by son Troy B. Tower and his wife Alitha; daughters Chelsee Holiday, Shannon Reves, Sherri Tidy and Natalie Haselbauer; grandchildren Juiliana Helm and Zachary Helm; and great-grandchild Henry Helm, along with Ryan Tidy, Nicole Tidy and her beloved partner, Roger Osborne.
