A silver Toyota Camry with Nevada plates, that has been indentified as 37-year-old former Marine, Jesse Conger, who has been missing from Scottsdale since August of 2019, was found in San Carlos on Friday, Jan. 24. Conger is known to have PTSD and depression stemming from his three tours of duty overseas during his time served in the Marine Corps.
Bill Pulte, who is a philanthropist and millionaire, offered a $10,000 cash reward back in August that he has now increased to $30,000 cash to the person who finds Conger.
