Marina (Renie) Sharlene (Benton) Small, 59, of Globe died Sunday, April 14, 2019 in Prescott with her best friend of 22 years holding her hand.
She was born July 10, 1959, in Globe, Ariz. to the late Ronald and Ruth Benton. She was also preceded in death by an infant sister Elizabeth and brother Timothy Benton.
She is survived by her companion of 22 years, Gary Dobrinsky; daughters September and husband Lance of Prescott; and Daniell (Steven) of Twin Falls, Idaho; son Jonathon Cosper of Showlow, Ariz.; sisters Teresa Wells of Beaufort, N.C.; Julie Miller of Globe; brothers Ronald Benton of Globe; and Daniel Benton of Gold Canyon as well as stepmother Ginger Benton; and stepsisters Taffy and Christine; and stepbrother Chuck.
She had six beautiful grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Renie loved to fish, camp and take long drives in the country and was an excellent embroiderer. She also made beautiful afghans.
