Welcome young singing talent Maile Roten to the 2018 Independence Day parade.
Fourteen-year-old performer, daughter of Bill and Sue Roten, will be a freshman this year at Globe High School. She currently is starring in the youth performance of “Les Miserables” at the Center for the Arts.
Roten will Kickstart a day of fun-filled events beginning at 8:40 a.m. in historic downtown Globe, on Wednesday, July 4.
Find a spot early. It is not too late to enter this year’s parade. Enter a business, organization, club, or just decorate the family car.
Candidates in the upcoming election are encouraged to join.
