I have been a resident of the Globe-Miami community since I was three years old. I have put 61 years of work into the community and it’s very dear to my heart. The residents who lost everything in the flood on Wednesday, Aug. 18 was unnecessary. The tributaries were full of trees and the water had nowhere to go except into the homes of my neighbors.
