Khoas making their presence known

Khaos, a traveling fastpitch softball team, competed in the Redhawks 2018 Mesa Slugfest in Mesa, Arizona May 19-20 and made it to the championship game.

Despite a come-from-behind, Khaos lost 6-7 to Peoria Stat.

“These athletes made it to the championship game and almost won it,” Globe High School Varsity Coach Brian Hudson said. “They were down 6-0 and tied it up at 6. Most of our games we were down and came back

All three games we played in the last day of the tournament we had to come back from behind to win and two of them we did. Attitude is everything in this sport. Keep working hard ladies and we will get the win in the big one soon!”

Khaos has three teams, 12U, 14U and 16U, the team that made it to the championship.

Khaos also made it to the championship game but placed second at the Ahwatukee Crossfire tournament on April 28.
