Grassroots campaign hits the road

Posted

Gubernatorial candidate Kelly Fryer brought her grassroots campaign to Globe last week, as she hit the road in her Prius to visit every county in Arizona. Fryer was the last candidate to enter the race and is funding her campaign through small contributions she picks up from talking face-to-face with voters throughout the state. She is CEO of YWCA Southern Arizona and intends to drive 10,000 miles during her campaign. She joins incumbent Governor Doug Ducey and fellow Democrats, Senator Steve Farley and UA professor David Garcia in the race.
