Mark Sando and Jack Marvil of the Globe Ranger District of the Tonto National Forest presented a Picture of the Pinal Fire to the council in honor of their and the Mayor’s “overwhelming support which had a direct impact to our success with this project.” Attached to the picture were the words, “The globe ranger district would like to thank you for your contribution and support for 7193 acres of hazardous fuel reduction and ecosystem restoration.”
