The Globe-Miami Gun club’s annual Christmas Angel Shoot will be held on Saturday, Dec. 14. This event is a trap and Action Pistol shooting event only. Divided into youth and adult classes the cost is $5 per shooter per round of 25 targets, Action Pistol is $10 per gun. All proceeds from this shoot will be used to fulfill Christmas Angel wish tags in the local area. Both events start at 9 a.m.

The club absorbs all costs of targets and prizes for putting on these shoots. Every cent raised goes to the charities. A noon meal will be provided to the shooters at each event. Shooters at all events must wear eye and ear protection while shooting, the club will provide these items if a shooter needs them. There will be small raffle items available to be drawn for at the noon meals, tickets for these items will be $1 each.

In addition, the local FNRA committee will be selling raffle tickets at both events for a chance to win their choice of one of eight different firearms.

There are only 150 tickets available at $20 each, the winner will be drawn at the Angel Shoot on Dec. 14, you need not be present to win.
