The City of Globe’s Planning and Zoning Commissions will be holding a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 11 in the Globe Municipal Hall for the purpose of taking public input on two issues involving medical marijuana
They are:
(1) Proposed amendment to Section 14-5-19-A-3 of the city code amending medical marijuana facilities allowed in the city of Globe.
(2) A proposed issuance of a Conditional Use Permit to DB Holdings for use of the property located at 1900 E. Ash St. in Globe for medical marijuana cultivation.
