Pinal-Gila Council for Senior Citizens is hosting a Healthy Living with Diabetes Workshop. Learn how to take control and manage your health. The diabetes self-management workshop can teach you the skills that you need to manage your condition and get your life back.
Workshop meets once a week for two hours for six weeks at the Superior Senior Center, 360 Main St., Superior, Ariz., Thursdays, Aug. 9 through Sept. 13, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. The workshop is free of charge and seating is limited.
