Posted

EDITOR: Cobre Valley Friends of the NRA (National Rifle Association) will host its 18th annual Dinner/Auction Fundraiser on Saturday, May 11, at the Gila County Fairgrounds, located on Highway 60 (North to Show Low), in Globe.

Doors will open at 4 p.m. No Early Birds please. Expect lines to be long as usual.

Tickets are $40, which includes a steak dinner, dessert and admission.

You may purchase tickets from Chuck Willis, 200-8709; Multi-Tech, 425-3435; Dominion Guns, 402-0000 or check with our members for help.

Dinner will be served at 6 p.m. For late comers, tickets are $50 at the door while supplies last.

We will have a no-host bar and ticket packages available to buy.

This year we will be honoring Mr. Karl Baughman, my husband, who passed away.

We will also be paying deep respect to our lost members, Mr. Tracy Roy Baack, owner of The 4-B Shoot Supplies and our dear friend, Mr. Ron Neldon.

R.I.P. You will be missed.

Bring your family and friends for another fun-filled night out.

It will be bigger and better than last year’s, with more games, bucket draws, special raffles, door prizes and silent and live auctions.

Onsite a Cannon 40-gun case, surprise guns inside and more.

Please put us on your calendar, we look forward to seeing you all again.
