Cora Wilma Freeland “Wilma”, as she was fondly known to by her family and friends, age 95, of Globe, Arizona, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 in Globe, Arizona.  

She was born in Dexter, Missouri on June 20, 1922 to her loving parents, Marvin and Loveta Frank. 

Wilma was a homemaker and raised four (4) adopted children and four (4) foster children.  

Wilma was known for having a loving heart of gold and for being a wonderful mother and she would open her home to anyone in need.  

Wilma loved the Lord, the great outdoors, basketball season and she was an avid Phoenix Suns fan.

Wilma is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Marvin and Loveta Frank, her daughter, Letha Lavern and her brother Robert Wayne Frank.

She leaves behind her loving and caring children, Brenda Gore, Linda Fay Bilberry, Andy Freeland, Darlena (Curley) Pike and her foster children, Alvada King and Larry King, Lorinda Smith and Becky Smith, fourteen (14) beautiful and cherished Grandchildren, thirty-eight (38) Great-Grandchildren and three (3) Great-Great-Grandchildren.

A void has filled our hearts mom but we know that you are safely at home with the Lord.

The Funeral Service was conducted at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 30, at the First Baptist Church of Miami, 3654 Gordon Street, Miami, Arizona 85539 and the Interment was conducted at Pinal Cemetery, 7667 Golden Hill Rd., Central Heights, AZ  85501.
