The Copper Cities Community Players (CCCP) are holding a contest to see who can write the best original one-act play. Writers will have the month of June to write their one-act play, which must be no longer than 30 minutes in length and can be a musical, drama, comedy or any other genre.
Scripts must be submitted to CCCP no later than Sunday, June 30.
The CCCP will then evaluate the submitted plays and work with writers to cast and rehearse the plays during the month of July. Performances of the one-act plays will occur during the month of August.
Plays must be suitable for all audiences.
Submit a one-act play by mailing it to 1 Act Plays CCCP, 102 N. Broad St., Globe, AZ 85501, or drop off at the law office at the same address.
