The next Alive After Five chamber mixer is in downtown Globe and at the request of the city, we are partnering with them and the Main Street group on the opening night of the Jail Haunted House event, Thursday, Sept. 28. Merchants and offices in the 100 South and North blocks of Broad street have been partnering with us in the event.
Some of the businesses that have partnered already are Bank of the West, White Porch Gifts and Antiques, Molina Ink, Blondies, Arizona Farm Bureau, Desert Oasis Wellness Clinic, Rainbow Flowers, Nadines Attic, C.V.S, and United Jewlers.
Go to participating businesses and get your raffle ticket to be entered in the drawing for special tickets, door prizes and gifts. The mixer is from 5-7 pm and prize drawings will be shortly before 7 pm. Food vendors and lots of fun booths are planned to kick off the haunted house which will run Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings beginning Sept. 29 and running through October. A special Halloween night tour is due as well. Visit us on facebook to see the participating merchants, a sheet listing them will be given out at the chamber table on Oak Street the night of the mixer.
