This year’s 14th Run to the Rez 2017 event drew hundreds of motorcyclists from all over the country.
Our farthest traveler was a rider from Minnesota.
The yearly gathering of bikers was held at the Apache Gold Casino on October 6 and 7.
What started out as 20 local bikers riding through the San Carlos Apache Veterans Parade 18 years ago, now has become one of southern Arizona’s largest bike rallies.
The event’s main goal is to honor veterans-all veterans.
Proceeds from event is donated to the San Carlos Veterans Association.
This year the Run to the Rez Committee was honored to donate $5,000 to the San Carlos Veterans Association.
