Work began last week on a three-day project to clean up and remediate the two buildings at 415 and 417 Sullivan Street in downtown Miami, which were extensively damaged in a Sept. 19, 2019 fire. The Town of Miami subsequently acquired the buildings, and the project contractor is Spray Systems Environmental, a Tempe firm. The fire destroyed three buildings and five offices; an investigation concluded that its origin was undeterminable.
