The Fitzgeralds will be performing at the High Desert Middle School Auditorium Saturday, Feb. 25, 2023. This musical family from Ottawa, Canada, features fiddle playing and step dancing. The Fitzgerald siblings, Tom, Kelly and Julie, will be joined by Alanna Jenish on guitar. By combining traditional and modern styles of fiddle and dance, they have created their own unique style and sound which features Celtic, jazz, bluegrass, French Canadian and pop music. There is something for everyone.

Among the honors received by The Fitzgeralds are three Canadian Grandmaster Fiddle Championships and an Ontario Step Dance Championship. Fellow Canadian fiddler Natalie MacMaster said of them, “Together they are a beautiful blend of gorgeous fiddle music and top-rate, absolutely exhilarating dance routines.”

The concert begins at 7 p.m. at the High Desert Middle School Auditorium, 4000 High Desert. This is the fifth concert of our six-concert season. Memberships will be for sale at the door. They are $40 for adults, $10 for students, $50 for a single-parent family and $90 for families. Memberships entitle you to attend this concert and our last season concert in March. A single concert ticket for The Fitzgeralds concert will be available for sale at the door for $20.
